This is a thorough exploration of every conceivable factor influencing the strength and outcomes of the professional relationships you are building, as well as opportunities to build more with the right people.
Part of the analysis is a deep dive into your business, goals, target market, current results, values, resources, communication style, and personality preferences, among other things.
From this, I then help you accurately determine who you need to know and what mutually beneficial relationships to create. Together, we’ll identify at least 20 relationships to form immediately and how to put them into action.
